This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, who holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products. It’s important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. Therefore, employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staff scheduling, and management, are solely handled by the franchisee—not McDonald’s USA. This distinction ensures that while employees represent the McDonald’s brand in their day-to-day tasks, they are employed by the franchisee and answer to the franchisee’s management team directly. McDonald’s USA does not receive or manage employment applications nor influence hiring or employment decisions.

Job Duties
