Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates as a separate legal entity with its own management team. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and trademarks while following the standards and operational procedures prescribed by McDonald's USA. Any individual hired for this role will be employed directly by the franchisee, ensuring that all employment decisions such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline are managed at the local franchise level, rather than by McDonald’s corporate headquarters.

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering

  • handling any customer concerns promptly
  • communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
