This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, a well-recognized global fast-food restaurant brand known for its quick service and iconic menu items such as the Big Mac, fries, and McFlurry. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates as a separate legal entity with its own management team. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and trademarks while following the standards and operational procedures prescribed by McDonald's USA. Job Duties
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or to see if they need anything else
- ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- handling any customer concerns promptly
- communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
