This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, one of the most recognizable and beloved fast-food brands worldwide. While this franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it operates as a separate company entirely independent from McDonald's USA. This distinction means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- Checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or to see if they need anything else
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling any customer concerns with care
- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
