Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates under a McDonald's franchise owned by an independent franchisee. Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a separate company that holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products. The franchisee operates the restaurant as an independent business, managing employment and operational matters autonomously. This distinction means that if you are hired, you will work directly for the franchisee, not for McDonald’s USA. All employment decisions, such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and schedule establishment, are handled exclusively by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in these processes and will not receive your application or participate in interview or hiring decisions.

Working at this franchise-owned McDonald's restaurant offers a unique chance to become part of a highly recognized brand while benefiting from a smaller business environment where you can truly make an impact. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain valuable customer service experience in a fast-paced food service setting that emphasizes teamwork, quality, and customer care. Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time work, this job accommodates various scheduling needs and supports staff development and career growth.

The position of Guest Experience Leader is central to delivering exceptional service and creating positive dining experiences for customers. As a Guest Experience Leader, you are the face of the restaurant, actively engaging with guests from the moment they arrive, guiding them through ordering, offering assistance, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Beyond taking orders, you help customers navigate ordering kiosks, offer additional support to those who need extra help, and respond promptly to concerns or requests. You also interact with restaurant staff by sharing feedback on guest experiences and making suggestions to improve service quality.

This role is not only about customer interaction; it’s an opportunity to build skills that translate well into any career. The restaurant provides a friendly and supportive work environment where you can challenge yourself, develop new skills, and advance your career. Training programs and advancement opportunities are available for motivated individuals looking to grow within the company. These include education through Archways to Opportunity, which offers access to earning a high school degree, college tuition assistance, English as a second language courses, and additional training programs.

The compensation for this Guest Experience Leader position starts at a competitive wage of $15 per hour, along with exceptional benefits designed to support your well-being and personal growth. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, employee discounts, free meals during shifts, tuition reimbursement programs offering up to $3,000 annually, flexible scheduling options, and monthly incentives. The restaurant also provides free uniforms and has a referral program with no limits on how many people you can refer. This combination of pay and benefits ensures that you are well-supported both at work and beyond.

If you want a job that fits your life, values your individuality, and encourages your ambition, then this role could be perfect for you. Whether you're starting your career journey, looking for a flexible work schedule, or seeking long-term advancement opportunities, this McDonald's franchise offers a supportive workplace where you can thrive and make meaningful connections with your team and guests. Join a team where fun, challenge, and growth are part of the everyday experience and where your efforts contribute directly to creating memorable experiences for customers.
