Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates under a McDonald's franchise owned by an independent franchisee. Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a separate company that holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products. The franchisee operates the restaurant as an independent business, managing employment and operational matters autonomously. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a crew member unless 14/15 with a valid school issued work permit
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 8am and 8pm
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with people
  • Willingness to follow training and operational procedures
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including part-time or full-time

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
  • Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
  • Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
  • Checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or to see if they need anything else
  • Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
  • Handling any guest concerns
  • Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
