  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
  • Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
  • Work closely with team members to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
  • Provide expert insight into promotions and the benefits of McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features
  • Foster teamwork and support among staff to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist with training and mentoring new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
