Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
  • Be the solution by handling guest concerns and resolving issues to their satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
  • Provide expert insight into promotions and benefits of the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
  • Assist in training and supporting team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary
