Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they enjoy themselves
  • Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
  • Work closely with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
  • Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features
  • Facilitate training and advancement opportunities for team members
  • Promote employee discounts and free meals as part of the customer and employee engagement
  • Ensure excellent communication and anticipate customer needs
