The role of a Guest Experience Leader at McDonald’s is pivotal in shaping how guests perceive their visit to the restaurant. In this position, the employee is entrusted with leading the guest experience, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued. The Guest Experience Leader handles interactions proactively, checking in with guests to confirm their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • ability to work flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • customer-focused attitude
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • basic knowledge of digital ordering systems is a plus
