Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
  • Handle guest concerns and provide resolution to their satisfaction
  • Work hand in hand with the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
  • Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features
  • Communicate effectively to anticipate customer needs
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff
  • Support training and advancement opportunities within the restaurant
