The role of Guest Experience Host (Operations) at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester is a part-time position ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, guest-focused settings. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the face of LEGOLAND Discovery Center, responsible for bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to every guest interaction. Your duties will include welcoming and engaging visitors, managing guest flow and line control, and ensuring all public areas are clean, stocked, and safe at all times. You will play a critical role in upholding the opening and closing procedures as well as maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. This role demands adaptability, a friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills to create magical moments that enhance the guest's visit.

Candidates should be at least 18 years old and possess a passion for working with people, especially families and children. Prior experience of six months to one year in attractions, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Successful candidates are self-motivated, confident working independently or as part of a team, and comfortable working in a lively environment with crowds and occasional loud noises. The position requires availability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Job Requirements
