Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long durations and move moderate weight
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk experience or 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
