Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate weight
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • previous hotel front desk experience or 2+ years of customer service strongly preferred
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
