Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One plus years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong observational skills and situational awareness
Proficiency with basic technology tools
Availability for flexible retail schedules including holidays and weekends
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, stooping, kneeling
Commitment to safety and following protocols

Job Qualifications

One plus years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills in person and writing
Situational awareness and ability to escalate concerns tactfully
Comfortable with Google Suite tools such as Gmail, Sheets, and Forms
Dependable and flexible with scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hospitality mindset with warmth and attentiveness
Ability to handle physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
