Joining the team as a Guest Experience Host at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia offers a chance to combine a passion for fun with a rewarding role in family entertainment. This position is hourly paid at a rate of $14.00 per hour and offers flexible working hours, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months to one year experience in a customer-facing or entertainment role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment and confined spaces
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • Six months to one year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles preferred
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
  • Ability to work in loud and confined spaces

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and deliver enthusiastic and friendly service
  • Operate rides and assist with attraction activities
  • Host birthday parties and special events
  • Support retail and food and beverage operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the center
  • Manage guest flow and line control
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
