The role of Guest Experience Host at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of Team Merlin, bringing the magic of LEGOLAND to life for every visitor. This part-time position offers a dynamic and varied role rotating through different exciting areas including Admissions, Rides, Retail, Food & Beverage, Birthday Parties, Costume Characters, and Special Events. The primary focus is on creating magical moments that leave a lasting positive impression on guests by delivering high-energy, friendly, and engaging guest service throughout the attraction.
As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the face of LEGOLAND Discovery Center, responsible for ensuring that every guest's visit is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. You will contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all areas, handle guest flow with professionalism and confidence, and help uphold premier safety standards by following all opening and closing procedures meticulously. Job Requirements
- Six months to one year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
