The role of Front Desk Guest Experience Expert at UNFRAMED Autograph Collection is pivotal to enhancing the guest journey from the moment of arrival until departure. This full-time, non-management position is based on-site at the Miami property and focuses on providing more than just routine check-in and check-out services. Instead, Guest Experience Experts are responsible for creating a smooth, impactful, and personalized experience for every visitor. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including processing operational needs, managing guest requests, completing reports, and showcasing the highlights of the local area to enrich the guest experience.
Guest Experience Experts at UNFRAMED Autograph Collection are empowered to take the initiative and move freely within their space to promptly address any situation or need. Attention to detail, professionalism in appearance and communication, and adherence to company policies are essential characteristics for success. This role requires physical stamina as employees can be on their feet and moving around for extended periods, performing tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, and occasional lifting or carrying of light objects.
