This full-time, non-management position is dynamic and requires individuals to embrace a hands-on approach, able to move freely throughout the property to meet operational needs and guest requests. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative, whether that means processing transactions, handling guest inquiries, completing necessary reports, or highlighting local attractions. The role demands active engagement, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds, ensuring that the physical demands align with delivering outstanding hospitality.
Critical to the success of this position is adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, and upholding the highest quality and safety standards.
