We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join The Luxury Collection team at the 326 Broadway location in San Diego, California. This full-time, non-management position comes with an hourly pay of $28.08, offering a hands-on role essential in creating an exceptional guest journey from check-in to check-out. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will do much more than process routine transactions; you will be empowered to move freely within your workspace to address guest needs promptly and with personalized attention. Your responsibilities will encompass handling operational requirements, responding to guest requests, preparing reports, and sharing local highlights, ensuring every interaction contributes to a memorable and unique stay.
