Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with a wide range of needs, responding promptly to inquiries, offering guidance on local attractions, and ensuring operational tasks related to guest services are executed seamlessly.

This full-time, non-management position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about hospitality. You will be on your feet much of the time, actively engaging with guests, and participating in various operational tasks such as assisting with luggage handling, preparing reports, and maintaining communication on notable events and local highlights. Your role is vital in integrating day-to-day transactions into an overall exceptional experience that supports the hotel's esteemed reputation. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior work experience required
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to perform light physical tasks safely
  • availability to work full-time
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • professional personal appearance

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication skills
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • basic proficiency in using computers or other technology
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • fluency in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
  • provide information about local events and attractions
  • complete operational reports as needed
  • handle light physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing items under 10 pounds
  • maintain professional appearance and communication
  • follow company procedures and ensure guest satisfaction
