The role involves being a Guest Experience Expert, responsible not only for the efficient check-in and check-out processes but also for building a unique and memorable experience for every guest. Associates in this position are proactive and empowered to offer a wide range of services guiding guests throughout their stay. The responsibilities extend beyond operational tasks to include addressing guest requests, completing reports, and providing recommendations on local events and attractions, thereby seamlessly integrating operational transactions into the overall guest experience. Staying active and engaged is essential, as this role requires moving around the hotel, handling light physical tasks such as lifting or carrying objects under 10 pounds without assistance, and participating in diverse duties to ensure guest satisfaction and the hotel’s smooth operation.

Success in this role requires adhering to several fundamental standards, such as creating a safe work environment, following company guidelines and procedures strictly, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, and upholding quality standards. A professional presentation in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is mandatory to embody the brand’s values and professionalism. Even though prior relevant experience is not required, a high school diploma or equivalent (such as a General Educational Development certificate) is preferred.
