The Tampa EDITION is a distinguished luxury boutique hotel located at 500 Channelside Dr, Tampa, Florida. As part of Marriott International, a globally renowned hospitality company, the Tampa EDITION combines the visionary creativity of boutique hotelier Ian Schrager with the extensive service delivery system of Marriott International to offer guests an unparalleled experience marked by sophistication, originality, and outstanding service excellence. For this exceptional hotel, we are seeking Guest Experience Experts who embody the spirit of hospitality beyond traditional service roles. This full-time, non-management position is based onsite in Tampa, Florida, and focuses on delivering immersive and seamless guest experiences. Guests are not simply checked in and out; instead, the Guest Experience Experts aim to make every interaction meaningful and memorable. They are empowered to take initiative in addressing a wide range of guest needs and operational tasks, enabling a fluid and engaging environment where hospitality meets artistry. The role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and physical stamina to engage actively with the environment, from moving about to assist guests to managing operational reports and services.

In addition to handling guest requests and operational duties, the Guest Experience Experts share the best local insights with guests, ensuring that each stay at the Tampa EDITION includes personalized touches that highlight the uniqueness of Tampa. This position demands a commitment to creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, and maintaining professionalism in appearance and communication. The role is highly interactive and requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and occasionally moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
