The role of the Guest Experience Coordinator is critical in ensuring that the expectations of every hotel guest are not only met but exceeded with personalized and heartfelt service. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who will manage guest relations before arrival, during the stay, and after departure, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. The coordinator actively engages in hotel-wide guest recognition programs and responds efficiently to a wide range of guest requests by carefully assessing their needs and adding thoughtful personal recommendations and touches. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments including Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and the Food & Beverage team to synchronize services and fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally. The hourly rate for this position is $23.11, reflecting the premium nature of the role and the brand. Job Duties

  • Ensure guest expectations are fulfilled and personalize guest stays pre-arrival, during stay, and post-departure
  • Play an active role in hotel-wide guest recognition
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing needs and providing personal recommendations
  • Perform pre-arrival tasks to ensure satisfaction upon arrival and throughout stay
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to synchronize service and fulfill requests
  • Add personal touches to enhance guest experiences
  • Maintain compliance with Four Seasons policies while delivering exceptional service
