The Entertainment Ambassador role at Great Wolf Lodge is a dynamic position designed to bring joy and excitement to children visiting the resort. As an Entertainment Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading a range of hands-on activities and branded experiences that resonate with kids and families, contributing to an unforgettable stay. The role involves hosting interactive activities such as Storytime, Dance Parties, Yoga, Arts and Crafts, and the signature Master Magi Ceremony. You will also manage Character Appearances and Entertainment on the property, embodying mascot characters and engaging with guests in a playful and professional manner.

This position is available in full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options, making it accessible to a wide variety of applicants. The beginning pay rate is $17.50 per hour. The role requires individuals who are comfortable performing in front of large groups of children and families multiple times a day, have strong customer service skills, and possess the ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout their shifts. Entertainment Ambassadors are expected to uphold Great Wolf Lodge's mission and core values, both on and off-site, representing the brand consistently and positively.
