Situated in one of Florida's most desirable vacation areas, The Oasis Club features stunning pools, dining options, and a range of services geared toward a diverse clientele. The resort operates within the sphere of high-end hospitality and community management, making it a sought-after location for both short-term visitors and seasonal guests. It prides itself on delivering personalized service and maintaining a welcoming environment that caters to the needs of all its patrons.
This particular opportunity is for a Part-Time, Seasonal Guest Experience Concierge. The role is seasonal and expected to last six months or less, ideal for individuals seeking flexible employment within a dynamic hospitality setting. As a part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, this position offers the chance to join a prestigious organization known for its commitment to excellence and its broad network of over 900 locations across more than 45 states and 27 countries. Troon is distinguished by its values of being infectiously energetic, consciously kind, and humbly prosperous, setting the tone for a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
The Guest Experience Concierge will act as the essential information source for guests, providing timely and accurate details about the resort's amenities, special events, and the surrounding area's attractions. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls at the guest service desk, assisting guests with a gamut of services such as making dining reservations, ordering flowers or gift baskets, coordinating transportation like car and limousine services, and managing airline reservation adjustments. The role requires a proactive approach in addressing guest questions and concerns, offering suggestions, and delivering solutions that enhance the overall guest experience. A key aspect of the job is maintaining organization, particularly in managing informational brochures and ensuring that the guest service area is tidy and inviting.
Working within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property, the Guest Experience Concierge must incorporate safe work practices and be adaptable to a variety of duties beyond the core tasks outlined. This role demands a personable, attentive individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully to guest satisfaction. The position offers flexible scheduling with open availability for days, nights, and weekends, making it compatible with diverse lifestyles. Further, the role includes eligibility for essential benefits, such as healthcare as determined by ACA regulations and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match for those aged 19 and older.
Joining The Oasis Club at Champions Gate as a Seasonal Guest Experience Concierge is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their careers within hospitality and community management. It provides valuable experience, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a globally recognized company committed to excellence and employee well-being.
