Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests
  • monitor club for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  • serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • look at new beverage trends and local offerings
  • answer questions about menu selection
  • communicate with kitchen on orders and product availability
  • record transactions in Micros system
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tables
  • prepare and serve beverages
  • stock ice, glassware, and supplies
  • wash dishes and utensils as needed
  • complete opening and closing duties
  • requisition supplies and transport them to bar setup area
  • secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
  • document relevant information in logbook
  • complete cashier reports and resolve discrepancies
  • follow property control audit standards
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • anticipate and address guests service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • communicate professionally
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • stand or walk for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
