The Guest Experience Ambassador role at The Ben is a full-time management position pivotal to delivering the highest standards of luxury hospitality within this iconic property. Earning an annual salary of $55,000, this position focuses on creating seamless, personalized in-room experiences for guests throughout their stay. On any given day, the Ambassador is responsible for approximately 30 rooms, acting as the floor’s host, concierge, and service liaison. This requires exceptional emotional intelligence, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to anticipatory service — meaning the ability to anticipate guest needs before they are articulated.

The Guest Experience Ambassador works from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM during peak guest interaction hours, ensuring that every detail, from arrival to departure, is executed with quiet precision and genuine warmth. Serving as a key communication hub between departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and In-Room Dining, the Ambassador ensures that guest services are coordinated discreetly to maintain an atmosphere of effortless sophistication and personalized care.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • coordinate in real time with the front desk regarding room assignments, arrivals, and guest preferences
  • ensure amenities are thoughtfully prepared and presented prior to guest arrival
  • welcome guests upon arrival to the floor with warmth, confidence, and discretion
  • escort guests when appropriate, introducing the room experience and confirming service preferences
  • provide direct contact information to create ease, accessibility, and personalized service throughout the stay
  • conduct detailed inspections of all assigned stayover rooms with a focus on presentation, precision, and luxury-level standards
  • monitor departures and coordinate closely with housekeeping to support seamless room turnover
