The Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is currently seeking a Guest Experience Agent who is passionate about delivering authentic, personalized service throughout every stage of the guest journey. This part-time role is critical in supporting the guest experience from pre-arrival preparations to in-stay engagement and departure coordination. The Guest Experience Agent serves as a visible and approachable presence in guest areas, anticipating needs, collaborating with various hotel departments, and ensuring that every guest encounter aligns with Four Seasons’ high standards of genuine hospitality. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, handling VIP and returning guests with special attention, and supporting concierge services such as guest inquiries, reservations, and itinerary planning.

This position requires a highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. Flexibility is essential as the role demands working various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Additionally, candidates must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and able to stand or walk for extended periods. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a luxury setting or outlet
  • Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with guests of all ages with strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Review daily arrivals and departures to ensure proper handling of VIP and return guests
  • Update guest Golden Profiles with preferences and important details
  • Follow up on VIP requests and preferences before arrival and during the stay
  • Support concierge-related services, including guest inquiries, reservations, and itineraries
  • Assist with guest outreach, including pre-arrival preparation, in-stay touchpoints, and departure coordination
  • Collaborate with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
