The role of Guest Environment Expert at Residence Inn by Marriott extends far beyond traditional housekeeping duties. This position is integral to shaping the guest experience by ensuring that every area of the hotel is impeccably maintained and welcoming. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to identify and address the housekeeping needs that will make guests’ stays more comfortable and memorable. Their responsibilities include delivering guest requests promptly, stocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms, and maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces throughout the hotel. This hands-on role requires mobility and physical stamina as associates will be on their feet for extended periods and need to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
