The role of Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Paradise Valley is a full-time, non-management position focused on delivering impeccable housekeeping and guest environment services. The position emphasizes more than just cleanliness; it involves creating unique and memorable experiences for residents and guests by maintaining the impeccable appearance and pristine condition of the entire property. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to navigate their work environment freely and proactively address needs, from fulfilling guest requests to stocking cleaning carts, to ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless. This role requires a hands-on, physically active approach involving lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Employees in this role must uphold the highest standards of professionalism, including maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies, and adhering to confidentiality and quality benchmarks.
