This position as a Guest Environment Expert (Housekeeping) at Courtyard by Marriott goes beyond simply cleaning rooms and making beds. It is about creating unique and memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the hotel's cleanliness, upkeep, and welcoming atmosphere. As a vital member of the housekeeping team, the Guest Environment Expert is responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks covering guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces, ensuring everything is perfectly maintained. The role demands a proactive approach where associates are empowered to respond promptly to guest requests, replenish cleaning carts, and perform various cleaning duties efficiently. This job requires energy, physical activity including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
