This opportunity is for a Guest Environment Expert at the JW Marriott located at 1700 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, Virginia. This is a full-time, non-management position with a pay range of $22.11 to $24.57 per hour, including tip eligibility. The role involves day and evening shifts with a preference for availability during holidays as well.

The Guest Environment Expert plays a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and unique stay. Beyond simply cleaning rooms and public spaces, the Guest Environment Expert is empowered to take initiative to meet guests' needs through various housekeeping duties such as room cleaning, cart stocking, and guest request fulfillment. The role requires standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the shift, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds without assistance. Success in this role demands adherence to company policies, safety regulations, confidentiality standards, and professionalism in communication and appearance.

  • availability for day and evening shifts including holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
