This role, known as a Guest Environment Expert, requires individuals who excel in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel, ensuring that every guest encounters a positive and memorable stay. The Guest Environment Experts are empowered to be proactive, responsive, and highly adaptive, handling a range of responsibilities from addressing guest requests to replenishing cleaning carts, cleaning rooms and common areas, and managing other related tasks. They play a vital part in ensuring that every space within the hotel adheres to high standards of cleanliness and order, contributing directly to guest satisfaction.

The position demands a strong dedication to maintaining a safe working environment and following company guidelines and procedures meticulously. Guest Environment Experts are expected to uphold the quality standards set by Marriott, embody professionalism in their appearance, uniform, and communication, and respect confidentiality at all times. The nature of the job means that experts will be frequently moving throughout the hotel, standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and performing tasks that require lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Reliability and thoroughness in completing these tasks and any reasonable duties assigned are essential for the smooth operation of the hotel and ensuring guest satisfaction.
