This position is a full-time, non-management role within the housekeeping and laundry department, offering an hourly wage of $19.31. It requires availability on weekends and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry and the priority placed on guest satisfaction at all times. The role of the Guest Environment Expert is much more than maintaining clean rooms and freshly made beds; it is about crafting a unique and memorable guest experience. These experts are equipped with comprehensive cleaning skills and are entrusted with various responsibilities to maintain the hotel's pristine appearance and immaculate hygiene standards. Tasks include responding to guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, and performing other related duties as needed.
Guest Environment Experts are expected to uphold company policies and standards, ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining confidentiality. Professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct is essential, as is adherence to quality standards. This physically active role involves standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods and requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing items weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Success in this role directly impacts guest satisfaction and overall hotel operations, making it crucial to perform assigned tasks diligently and reliably.
