This part-time Housekeeping & Laundry position is located at a prestigious Autograph Collection hotel in San Juan Capistrano, California. The position is a non-management role, offering an hourly wage of $28.40. It involves maintaining cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel to ensure guests receive an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. Housekeeping team members, also known as Guest Environment Experts, play a vital role beyond simply delivering a clean room. Their responsibilities encompass a variety of cleaning tasks, ranging from guest room upkeep to the care of public areas within the hotel. They are empowered to proactively respond to guest requests, manage cleaning carts efficiently, and support the overall aesthetics of the hotel environment.

Employees in this role must adhere to company safety guidelines, maintain professional appearance and communication, and uphold confidentiality standards. Given the physical nature of the work, the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, as well as performing tasks such as moving, lifting, pushing, or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, is essential.
