The position available is for a Guest Environment Expert at the Courtyard located on 7621 Beach Blvd, Buena Park, California. This is a full-time, non-management role offering an hourly wage of $20.00 and the opportunity to earn tips. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and excel in creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail and proactive service. The Guest Environment Expert plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall aesthetic of the hotel’s public spaces and guest rooms. This position requires a hands-on approach to work, including physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds, as well as standing or walking for extended periods.

In this role, Guest Environment Experts are empowered to take initiative and act autonomously within their workspace to meet business and guest needs. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, stocking service carts, responding promptly to guest requests, and ensuring that all areas of the hotel adhere to the company’s stringent hygiene and quality standards.
