The Guest Environment Expert role at Courtyard by Marriott represents a key position within the housekeeping team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. Unlike traditional housekeeping roles focused solely on cleaning, this position aims to create a truly memorable guest experience through attention to detail and proactive service. Guest Environment Experts handle a variety of housekeeping functions, including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, restocking supplies, and fulfilling guest requests. They operate with a high degree of autonomy within their assigned areas and are empowered to take initiative to ensure guest satisfaction.

This full-time, non-management position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where the quality of your work directly impacts the guest experience. Physical stamina is important as the job requires standing, walking, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
