The Guest Environment Experts are responsible for a broad range of cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and supporting guest requests promptly and professionally. Guest Environment Experts at Courtyard are empowered to move independently, responding to the evolving needs of the hotel environment. Whether it involves replenishing housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, or attending to other duties as required, these experts play a critical role in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment. To succeed in this role, attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to high-quality standards are essential. The job requires standing, sitting, and walking for long periods, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
