We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeeping & Laundry Experts, known as Expertos en el entorno del huésped, to join our team at 191 Dorrance Street, Providence. This full-time, non-management position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment that contributes to memorable guest experiences. As a Housekeeping & Laundry Expert at Aloft Hotels, responsibilities range from attending to guest requests and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensuring that cleaning carts are fully stocked and other operational needs are addressed promptly. This role demands individuals who are empowered to take initiative in various situations, always with the goal of exceeding guest expectations and supporting hotel operations. You will be consistently on the move, performing tasks such as standing, walking for extended periods, and physically handling objects up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish
Job Qualifications
