The Guest Environment Expert role at The Ritz-Carlton transcends the traditional housekeeping duties by focusing on delivering an exceptional and seamless guest experience. This full-time, non-management position involves a wide range of responsibilities essential to maintaining the hotel's pristine appearance and comfort. The expert is responsible for various housekeeping functions, including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, stocking carts, and responding to guest requests promptly and professionally. Moreover, this role requires a hands-on approach, with the physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, ensuring the upkeep of the environment matches the hotel’s luxury standards.

Job Requirements
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds without assistance
- must follow all safety protocols
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
