The House Aide position at Residence Inn by Marriott Long Beach is a full-time, non-management role with a competitive pay rate of $26.00 per hour. This role is pivotal in maintaining the clean, organized, and welcoming ambiance that Residence Inn guests expect. House Aides, or Guest Environment Experts as referred within Marriott, do much more than tidy rooms and make beds; they actively contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring the hotel's cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms and public areas alike. This position demands versatility and a proactive approach, as House Aides must be ready to address guest needs, restock cleaning carts, clean various hotel zones, and perform additional reasonable tasks as necessary.

House Aides are empowered to take initiative and remain mobile throughout their shifts, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods while engaging in tasks that require physical effort such as lifting, moving, pushing, or placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance. Safety is paramount, and employees follow established company guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure workplace. Professionalism in communication, appearance, and uniform maintenance also forms a core part of the role.

Job Requirements
