The position available is for a Full-Time Housekeeping and Laundry Non-Management role, emphasizing the importance of maintaining an immaculate, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests. This role extends beyond the basic expectation of cleaning rooms and making beds; it is about crafting a unique and memorable experience for each guest. Experts hired for this environment are specialists in varied cleaning tasks and play a pivotal role in upholding the visual and hygienic standards of the entire hotel. They are empowered to take initiative, attend promptly to guest requests, restock cleaning carts, clean guest rooms and common areas, and undertake other responsibilities that contribute to the seamless operation of the hotel.

Beyond the physical duties of cleaning, this role demands professionalism at every level — from strictly following company guidelines and safety procedures to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring personal appearance and communication exude professionalism. The physical nature of the role requires individuals to be on their feet for extended periods while moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing below 50 pounds without assistance. It's crucial that these tasks be performed correctly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
