Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
  • Proficient with computer systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Manage daily front office operations including reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins
  • Review and approve front office paperwork and reports
  • Ensure guest needs are met and conduct tours for potential guests
  • Fulfill special guest requests such as linen exchanges
  • Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
  • Maintain clean and organized laundry area
  • Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property
  • Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
