- placing tableware and condiments on tables
- assisting with cleaning and processing dirty dishes and silverware

- managing inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and table condiments
- reporting damage, shortages, and complaints to the manager
- moving tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers
- tidying the restaurant after service and prepping for the following service
- executing restroom checks as needed or required
