Admissions Hosts are the front-line ambassadors of the company, responsible for greeting guests, managing ticket and rental sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of guest admission processes at both indoor and outdoor locations. Additionally, Admissions Hosts assist guests with questions or concerns and operate communication devices to coordinate with team members and leadership efficiently. Physical endurance is required as the role involves standing for long periods and occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with work hours spanning mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

MetroLagoons prioritizes safety, integrity, and superior customer service in every interaction, making the Admissions Host role integral to the guest experience. Candidates who bring enthusiasm, reliability, effective communication, and a professional demeanor will thrive and contribute to the company’s mission of providing joyous and memorable aquatic escapes.
