The open position of Guest Arrival Expert at The Miami Beach EDITION is a full-time, non-management role within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category. This role is essential in shaping the immediate impressions guests have when they arrive, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step onto the property. Guest Arrival Experts at this hotel are empowered to proactively assist guests through a broad spectrum of services including processing operational requests, handling guest inquiries, completing necessary reports, and sharing insightful local highlights to enhance the overall stay experience. Guest Arrival Experts interact closely with guests, requiring them to be physically active, on their feet for extended periods, as well as capable of managing physical tasks such as moving or handling items weighing up to 50 pounds solo or over 75 pounds with assistance. This hands-on approach is critical to the daily operations and success of the guest service team.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- no related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- physical capability to move objects over 75 pounds with assistance
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- professional personal appearance and communication
