This role is a full-time, non-management position focused on guest arrival and departure experiences, located at 1743 W Nursery Rd, Linthicum, Maryland. The hourly wage starts at $16.48 and increases to an experienced rate of $18.31 after 90 days. The position is tip eligible and requires physical stamina, including standing and moving for extended periods, as well as manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 23 kg independently and heavier with help. The primary responsibility of this guest arrival expert is to make the first and last impressions of guests unforgettable by providing a broad range of services that enhance their arrival and departure experiences. This position entails engaging with guests to satisfy requests, process operational needs, prepare reports, and share local area highlights, all while maintaining a professional appearance and respectful communication. Guest arrival experts have the autonomy to take the initiative, performing various duties to ensure seamless service and a memorable stay for guests.
