Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
  • make guests aware of current promotions, store activities and events
  • be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to improve guest experiences
  • thank guests and promote Target loyalty programs, assisting with application or sign-up as needed
  • scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
  • minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
  • educate guests on the Target app and its features including Wallet
  • support order pick-up, drive-up orders, and returns complying with all policies
  • maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
  • stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
  • demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times
  • report and correct hazards where possible
  • perform all other duties based on business needs
