Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capability to stand and remain mobile throughout shifts of varying lengths
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- comfort working in various temperature and humidity conditions
- basic proficiency with technology and handheld devices

Job Duties

- promote current promotions, store activities, and events to guests
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve the guest experience
- assist guests with Target Loyalty programs including application and sign-up
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately while maintaining food safety standards
- minimize guest wait times while ensuring guest service and accuracy
- educate guests on using the Target App features such as Wallet
- support Order Pick-Up, Drive-Up, online ordering, and handle returns according to policies
- maintain clean and clutter-free work areas
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- report hazards and work in a safe manner
- execute guest services like Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- perform other duties based on business needs
