Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is an asset
- ability to accurately handle checkout operations and transactions
- capacity to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to remain mobile for entire shift duration
- capability to work in varying temperature conditions
- willingness to comply with all safety and compliance policies

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to improve guest experience
- thank guests and promote Target loyalty programs
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
- show guests how to use features within the Target App including Wallet
- be familiar with order pick-up, drive-up and online ordering and direct guests to enroll and use these features
- attempt returns and follow register prompts while partnering with leaders to solve issues
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store open hours
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- work safely and comply with safety policies and training
- support guest services including order pick up and drive-up orders and maintain compliance with applicable laws
- perform other duties based on business needs
