Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to accurately handle checkout operations and transactions
- capability to move merchandise efficiently and safely
- ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- able to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- willing to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- compliance with safety policies and ethical conduct
- willingness to engage with guests and provide excellent service
Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills including using positive language
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a helpful and welcoming way to solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
- promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy
- educate guests on how to use Target App features including Wallet
- manage order pick-up, drive-up orders, and returns while ensuring compliance with policies
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- support guest services and execute duties in compliance with relevant laws
- perform other duties based on business needs
